Linear stress analysis of a chain stopper design. The modelling techniques used in the analysis was defined by the customer. The two load cases featured different applications of the same design load, which was also defined by the customer. Once analysis was completed, the maximum stresses experienced in each load case were reported and compared to their allowables.
