Linear static stress analysis and linear buckling analysis of a scattering chamber. Two stress cases were analysed, one with an internal pressure, one with a vacuum pressure, with linear buckling considered on both load cases. Although the model passed the buckling analysis, modifications were advised as the model showed stresses above the allowables for both stress analyses.
