Static stress analysis with non-linear material model and non-linear geometry (large deformation) analysis of a seat for a boat. Initially the analysis was just a linear static stress analysis, but on review of the results a non-linear material model was included, and then large deformation. The stress and plastic strain observed in the model decreased with the inclusion of a non-linear material model and large deformation.
