Linear static stress analysis with non linear contact of A380 Recovery Package. 5 designs were analysed in total: Link top and Bottom, Pin top and bottom and a test adaptor. All designs were subject to the same 165ton lifting load, with stresses reported for each component, highlighting areas of interest.
